DavidOrtega commits to:
- Only eat two power crunch bars until 7/5/17 10 AM.
- no eating whatsoever from 9 pm to 10 am. - on 7/5/17, I can only eat veggies, protein sources, cottage cheese and power crunch bars. Nothing else until 7/6/17 10 am and no eating from 10 pm on 7/5/17 to 10 am on 7/6/17. - I can use the journal to add more commitments as needed.
