Phase 1 (wks. 1-3)- Aim to finish each workout and perfect each movement.

Recovery Week 4-Core strength, cardio, and flexibility

Phase 2 (wks. 5-7)-Increase weights and do 12-20 reps.

Recovery Week 8- Flexibility and Ab Focus

Phase 3 (wks. 9-12)-"NO pain, NO gain!" Push the limit!

Recovery Week 13- Fully Rest and Transform-Ab Focus!

This was the first week of Phase II and just when I thought the workouts weren't making me too sore, a few new ones were incorporated. It is still fun.
