Eating portion controlled carbs with most meals. Eating very low amounts of fruit and dairy during the week.

Better! Made healthy food prep for the whole week. Slow carb virtues that I'm focused on are: eating 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up, eating beans with most meals to keep me full btw meals to avoid snacking, drinking plain black coffee, eating the same few fast easy meals over and over to avoid cooking fatigue and extra decisions, and cheat day once a week for indulging. My own rule: bringing lunch to work instead of eating at the cafeteria.
