Jenica commits to:
I commit to eating no flour and no sugar (in the first 3 ingredients) 100% of the time. Eating Quantities to the weight loss food plan - at home, 100% of the time. However, for meals out only I will eat weighted quantities to the food plan 75% of the time (3/4 meals), and 25% of the time I will eyeball quantities intending to eat to plan. On August 5th, I may have one zag meal, lasting 3 hours. I will that day or the next create a new stick contract. I will resume bright line eating Aug 6t
