| I have always loved fitness and have self trained most of my life. I bought materials to study for ACE and complete it in 2015. I was too busy running Sew New (my sewing business) and losing sleep to keep up to focus on it. I also let a friend borrow my materials which he lost and took forever to replace them. THEN I hurt my knees badly over training on concrete which I NEVER do and couldn't walk on them without pain for a year and a half. This put a damper on my fitness life, I gained alot of weight, and my drive to complete ACE disappeared AND my sewing business was still in really high demand. There are only so many hours in a day outside of work and family and Sew New took the rest of them. SO, 2017, I'm finally losing weight, working out regularly, I cut out services from Sew New so I'd have down time, and am feeling stronger than ever so I will give this another go and dominate :) | |
