It's going well - had several consistent, enriching and clarifying sessions with the coach re career strategy. Identified potential goals (industries and companies, geographies). Practicing meditation, hyp., mindfulness. Use breaks, water / hydration and plan for proper sleep and exercise. Noted more satisfaction with less food so far. Went to spa to relax, reconnect and take care of myself. Next - vision statement. |
