DavidOrtega commits to:
Only eat from 3 PM to 7 PM then fast until 1 PM on 7/25/17. I can only eat veggies, protein sources, power crunch bars, cottage cheese and fruits. Nothing else (no nuts or oatmeal). I must go work out at 8:30 AM tomorrow for at least 45 minutes (including 12 chest press, shoulder press and assisted pull-ups).
