| I'm really proud of finishing this week! We went on vacation this weekend, and I had a really hard time motivating myself to complete my final session of the week, but I did it! Very excited to say I have successfully met my goal here. I may make another one with a longer commitment to this soon :) | |

| Did PT #2 yesterday throughout the day. As predicted, this week is a bit of a challenge. I'm going to try to do my final PT of the week today, similarly throughout the day, so that I can make sure I get this week's commitment completed before my weekend trip. Only one more session to go until success! | |

| Did PT #1 for this week yesterday evening. This is going to be a more challenging week because I am traveling over the weekend, but I still think I can complete my 3 days of exercises. I may have to do one day where I split it up throughout, but it doesn't matter as long as I get it done! So close to successfully completing this commitment! | |

| I did my 3rd PT of the week on Sunday, so I've made it through week 3! Very excited about this. This commitment has been going so well and honestly the small push of motivation is all it took for me to stick with it. After next week, I will probably recommit to this, maybe for a longer period! | |
