Wednesday August 9th

9am new England clam chowder and two hard boiled eggs
10am coffee with milk
1145am bag of party mix
12pm grilled chicken and veggies
1pm pint of ben and Jerry's haha gotta love it
5pm yellow rice teriyaki chicken and roasted chicken

Thursday August 10th

115pm roasted chicken string beans and corn
2pm green tea
320pm small salad mango strawberry blue and black berrys and quinoa
345pm broccoli cauliflower chicken and turkey

9pm 4 beer 7 min challenge then around 2 pounds of chicken, 3 spoonfuls of peanut butter

Friday August 11th
8am sip of black coffee
9am 5 hour energy
11am two eggs hash browns and toast
315pm salad, little pesto pasta, corn beef? Corn, white wild rice? Teriyaki chicken, turkey, potatoes
7pm slice of pizza and a chicken club sub
5pm-4am 15+ drinks

4pm roasted, teriyaki, barbecue chicken, broccoli and cucumber

915pm little bit of chicken sautéed in chicken stock

Tuesday, August 1st
6am ride 10ish miles. Over Williamsburg bridge through Brooklyn to Manhattan bridge and back
730am small amount of chicken, small amount of black coffee
12pm 1/3 salad
1215pm black coffee - conference call
1pm 2/3 salad
4pm chicken, beans, broccoli, asparagus, fish
5pm black coffee
8pm small amount of chicken, spoonful of peanut butter
9pm spinach chicken, spoonful of peanut butter

Wednesday August 2nd
8am free smoothie from the economist cart Apple pineapple spinach
1pm 3 Kati rolls two lamb one chicken
3pm coffee with milk
5pm black coffee
530pm first Muay Thai class haha insane workout but I didn't know what I was doing
7pm little bit of chicken
7-10pm 8ish beers - kickball league
12am chicken and sauerkraut

Thursday August 3rd
930am two hard boiled eggs

130 salad olive oil and vinegar
4pm coffee with milk
7-10pm four beers
10pm two eggs

Friday August 4th
6am 12 mile ride - up through Central Park. Rain cut it short was actually thinking about going to Katz deli
8am sip of black coffee, iced coffee w milk
11am teriyaki chicken bowl with brown rice and veggies
1pm black coffee
330 salad, yellow rice, beans, one potato wedge haha, chicken and turkey
5pm-4am 15+ drinks plate of pasta, bread, eggplant parm, and a couple meatballs
630pm-830pm ride home from the ferry - 20ish miles
