DavidOrtega commits to:
For the next 60 days, I begin my day with 5 minutes of journaling, 10 minutes of meditation and 15 minutes of physical exercise (including at least 30 strenght-training reps). I shall also not eat any bread, pizza, pasta, cookies or cakes for that period and not eat from 10 pm to 12 pm the following day with one cheat meal per week.
