Congratulations on meeting your goal!

When I was on a meditation retreat, we ate 2 meals a day, one at 6am and the other at noon. It was surprisingly OK! Who knew?!

What I have found really works is that I eat two meals a day - the last meal is at 2:00 PM. According to research on Circadian Rhythm they find that animals (and people) who restrict their eating to less than 12 hours a day fare much better - regardless of how much they eat. Time Restricted Eating.
