DavidOrtega commits to:
eat only from 2 pm to 7 pm on 08/09/17. Then no eating until 10 am the next day. No bread, pizza, pasta, cookies or cakes. Also, I must workout 1 full hour and meditate 20 minutes in the morning and at night. I must also journal 5 minutes in the morning and at night and work on "Trigger" at least 3 hours. This is recovery for going off my ritual because of a very emotional week and a disastrous Monday relationship-wise which ended with a Tuesday full of instant gratification.
