For the next 10 days and since I'm also doing another Diet Bet round...
Starting today new rules with 4 weeks left:
This is for the first 10 days ending on the 18th.

1. Workout in Fasting state every morning
2. 24 Hour liquid fast regardless because I have no discipline right now AND my ankle tendons are healing
3. No sweets/sugar
4. Minimize carbs 2 servings a day
5. Eat enough to last the entire 24 hours
6. Cheese is allowed
7. In exchange for 0 sugar intolerance, veggie soups and broth will be allowed around lunch time.

I know this seems extreme but my mom is on similar program and is my motivation. This is also a summation of every technique I've used since last December.
24 hr fasting
No sugar
Exercising while in fasting state
Cutting carbs
Cutting cheese (did a few years ago)

This is the ultimate time test of everything I used and I want the B12 to help but to lock down the discipline more. My referees are assistants who I can't name here and God. Let's do it.
