DavidOrtega commits to:
not to eat anything until tomorrow 12 PM. This will make up for mild cheating late last night. I must also do a balance transfer, journal, meditate and work out a minimum of 45 minutes with at least 60 weight-lifting reps starting no later than 11:30 AM. Then , I must write for Trigger for 15 minutes, do one color grade shot and one VFX shot.
