| Had a few close calls last week, but again hanging on. I've been really off the past week too, so I'm doing my best to prioritize. So far, no slip ups. | |

| Fought through another few days for this, truly hanging on. Travel was a bit of a challenge, but I made it without any non-meal food purchases, which I am really proud of. Also had a tough time this morning because I am very tired and just wanted to treat myself to a breakfast sandwich. I tried to rationalize it a ton of ways, but eventually realized what I was doing and didn't buy anything. Onto the weekend, which shouldn't be too hard. | |

| Made it! Last week was really tough, just because it was stressful and I really just wanted to give in. But I managed to hang on and here I am, confirming YES for another week. This week should go okay, but I am traveling and that could be a bit of a challenge since when I'm bored in the airport I often buy snacks and fast food. I'll keep hanging on though! | |
