Had a really off week last week with travel and feeling so burnt out from the previous week's struggle. I just did not get it done. I got two of three finished, but didn't make it to the final workout. Disappointing, but I will carry on. This week I have one of three complete. Definitely have to get the final 2 done this week. I do not want to give more money to my anti-charity |

| Did 1 of 3 was on Wednesday. Pretty proud of myself for getting that one in, as I was travelling and very tired. Going to try to do 2 of 3 today and will get 3 of 3 this weekend. | |

| Phew, just made this one under the wire, doing PT on Saturday and Sunday. It was really hard with my cousin in town for the whole week, but eventually I just said "screw it" and did it anyway. Happy to have made it through another week! | |

| Did 1/3 yesterday. This week will be a little tough because I have a visitor staying with me all week, but there's no reason to skip PT! I'll try to do some spread out during the day tomorrow and then maybe again quickly on Friday or Saturday depending on what activities we end up doing. | |
