| Oh yes, qualified most leads incoming. Had a few where I had to ring back & leave messages but overall getting much more information which is leading to my putting houses in front of people that I wouldn't otherwise have done | |

| Mon - delivered sniper letters & did 20/20's. Tues/Wed/Thurs been out delivering lead gen material. Combination of books with letters for new listings (offering help to buy next property, survey, solicitor & mortgage advice) + KADW material (1st letters, 2nd letters,knocked on doors) and 20/20's. Had most success this week with 20/20's. 3 enquiries in total from 2 drops. 1 impromptu appraisal, 1 wanting pricing details and 1 appraisal booked in tomorrow hopefully to pinch off another agent. Several good door step conversations. Listed one house & sold next day for 5k over asking. 2 sales fell through due to buyer losing job - c'est la vie! | |

| Ok, so Stikk doesn't like my Strava maps. The first one is of my sniper letters & the second one is of my 20/20s. They look great on my desktop & are jpegs so who knows why they don't show properly on here | |
