Started knocking on new listed properties but no answer so trying fri morning as i have a some time pencilled in, also saturday. Whilst out doing a val with surveyor got a call from my 2nd Sniper at 47 green lane . i was around the corner so went to see him, did an appraisal there and then but coulndt log on so gave him between 225 and 275k. went on the system at the office whoic said 220k to 258k so not far out. delivered hometrack back so he could see it for himself. said i would leave it with him and call in a few days |
