While I should be eating better: I worked out 4 times last week, and I did not eat fast food or anything fried!

Overall this past week I did better eating than previous weeks, but I still need to cut back on drinking and snacking. I successfully worked out 4 times this week so that was great!

Jan 7th- was my total splurge day of the week - I get 1 a week lol.....
Breakfast today: oj, diet coke, yougurt
snack: 100 calorie cheezits
lunch: salad & low fat chili
Dinner: salad with chicken
