A comeback of sorts, I guess. Though I don't know how much this has to do with the fact that I had a salad last night. Weighing yourself after a comparatively lighter meal the night before should be wrong, right? I mean, I'm pretty sure that I would have weighed this much if I had eaten only a salad last Monday evening too. Does that mean that you have to try and eat the same food the night before you weigh yourself? I dunno. Also, cumulatively, I have lost 100 grams in the last three weeks - which is pitiful if true. But this could also be because I didn't have enough water in Buka. So confusing. I guess I'll have to keep at it and check later. |

| I wasn't well and I failed this week. Even when I could have exercised, I decided to take it easy and give myself a break. I hope that I can be back on track next week. | |
