DeclanGrant commits to:
Working out 4 days each week, and tracking each workout. The exception being if I have so much work in one week that I physically can not workout 4 days, in which case 3 is acceptable. If I can't workout because I spent too much time doing non-productive stuff (pool, JCR, ect) then I fail that week.
