Spend minimum 1 hour on deep work (.i.e. planning, subject matter focus) per day (preferably in the morning). Total work hours in a week should be minimal 70 hours barring vacation and sick leaves.

The first week went quite well and I was able to stick, however, I was not able to properly structure the one hour deep work part. I will work on this in second week. I am really thankful to Stickk.com and this is really bringing positive change in my life |
