I was able to keep up with my personal to-dos on most days, but I think I may have overestimated the amount of other to-dos (coursework and other studies) I'd be able to complete on days that I had to be at work. Debating whether or not to reduce hours for next challenge or not. Also, the to-dos in the category "other" are still in need of completion (will add them to next challenge). I'm going to do my best to finish the book cover and kickstart logo like I said I would regardless of recent events. I've been watching at least 15 minutes of inspirational/motivational videos every day lately as well. I'll add this to next challenge too. This will be part of a required daily morning routine which will include: water (.5 L), meds, exercise/yoga (10 min), meditation (10 min), and videos. And no phone use (other than for videos if needed) within the first hour after waking up. I intend to step up my game, hustle harder, and improve my performance in the next challenge. |
