Three meals max per day. No BLT's (FIVE tastes max over the ten days). Nothing between meals. No flour. No sugar. Once I take the first bite, NOTHING added to the meal. One meal per day is weighed and measured per the weight loss plan. Take 3 breaths and send photos minimum of 20 times over the ten days.
