Breakfast: 2 Eggs, 1/2 Baked beans, Bacon and black coffee. Lunch: apple, oranges, banana, Spinach lettuce Tuna cakes. 4 glasses of Water. Dinner: Tuna Cakes breaded haddock, breaded chicken, Spinach lettuce. or what every mom wants to make. No Deserts, Alcohol or fast foods excfept on special days.
