Wake up time: 5:30 am Must dos: 1.2Breakfast(30 min) 2.Toiletries (30 min)(Brush teeth x2, floss x2, mouth wash, minoxodil(1.m), deoderant x1, Clean clothes. clean kitchen and tidy bedroom. Exercise: 100 push ups 100 sit ups ( 5 min. Work starts at 8:00 am. Afternoon. Lunch Break:1:00-1:30pm Evening: 1. Work ends at 5:00pm. Start Dinner 2. plan the for the day tommorow 3. relax or work.(spend a couple of hours off the internet before bed 4. bed at 10:00pm. Shower 3-4x times a week Exercise( gym) 4-5x a week Body shave: ×1 a week Saturday: Laundry at 1:00 pm & work. Sunday: work or relax. plan week in advance. Note: dont be strict to be strict this. expect to change the schdule accordingto priorties and special events . the purpose of this list is to provide a guide line in order to become more conscientious and avoid making the same mistake ive bewn making for years. im going to have some much fun this.
