GTC commits to:
Sleeping for a minimum of 7 hours per night.
Consuming 500ml of water before noon and a further 500ml before 5pm. Locking away all sweets by 5pm. Not consuming any sugar other than that found in rewards, at social gatherings, for novel items or contained in a product which has significant nutritional value.
