Meditating for at least 10 minutes both in the morning and evening.
Consuming 5 doses of protein throughout the day. Setting a yearly willpower challenge on the 1st of January, a monthly willpower challenge on the 1st of each month, a weekly willpower challenge on sunday of the preceeding week.
