| I prepared quite seriously for Vienna City Marathon, maybe not as much as I planned but almost. I did a thorough cardio training including weekly swimming and running and additionally two times a short body weight work out of approximately 20 minutes each. Due to a lot of responsibilities and a high work load at work I wasn't able to gather as many kilometers as necessary to finish the half marathon in 1:45h or 2:00. Nevertheless, for my first half marathon and under the circumstances mentioned I am quite satisfied. And it was fun. | |

| I registered today for Vienna City Marathon. The price was 90 € including the fee for the chip and a service charge. I figured that out would take serious taining to be able to finish the half marathon and I increased my time goal from 1:45 to 2 hours. | |
