118.0 lbs. i resist urge for in and out burger last night after meditation.
instead i made some soup and shared it.
- need to eat fish.
Pain in the brain is due to processed foods either gifted to me or that I've chosen to eat.
Naturally stayed away from purchasing foods that i know have addictive properties at the grocery.
going out with people - their food choice not the same. It's okay - don't have to finish everything - take it to go. :D |
