Looks like time to meet with Katia for chinese new year celebration! Great she's on a no fish and no chicken diet with her bfriend.

:) works out. Eat with people who have similar goals.
Detox! Keep blender top at work so coworker gets her smoothies when she wants to. LEAVE.EM.AT.WORK!

118.0 lbs. i resist urge for in and out burger last night after meditation.
instead i made some soup and shared it.

- need to eat fish.
Pain in the brain is due to processed foods either gifted to me or that I've chosen to eat.
Naturally stayed away from purchasing foods that i know have addictive properties at the grocery.
going out with people - their food choice not the same. It's okay - don't have to finish everything - take it to go. :D

117.8 lbs. method -- i eat and enjoy. i slow down to eat. and i don't take this too seriously. effortless is key! Drinking water is also key. Nuts are awesome.
