lligocki commits to:
Continue eating healthy throughout the week by following a slow carb diet. I will only have one cheat day per week. I will also start going to yoga by purchasing a 20 class package at core power - going to yoga at least once, if not twice a week. My Florida trip on Friday January 26 and Saturday January 27 is excluded from this goal.
