I used the calorie dense counting method for this weeks nutrition journal and it worked. I ate and worked out just enough to lose 1 lb. it was intense to do lol

I lost 20 lbs last year now I'm going to decrease my weight loss goals to 6 week increments that include at least 4 days of working out and 3 days of liquid fasting weekly. My ultimate goal is still 160 but I've been at a plateau from 180 to 185 for about 7 months. I just want to break it.
