last week (wk 19) I ran twice. 12k on sunday and 10k on tuesday.
I also went to the gym twice. Worked out my upper body on monday and my legs and back on wednesday.
That is a total of 4 exercise sessions for wk 19.

I have been running since March in the gym and since April outside. My running progress has been great. I run approx 20-30km per week and I have run a maximum of 15k.
I have been weight training a lot also and made good progress. I'm significantly stronger than I was at the beginning of the year.
I just started kayaking also. I have joined a canoe club and will be training 4x/wk.

To answer Ben's question, my full body workout consists of the following:

10 min warmup on the elliptical machine
Each of the following strength exercises, 2 sets of 8-12 reps:
Bench Press,
Assisted chins (doing pull-ups on a machine that counterbalances my weight so I can do 12).
Dumbell Press
Arm Curls
Triceps pushdowns,
Crunches,
Squats,
Deadlifts,
10 minutes cool-down on the rowing machine.

I have noticed a significant increase in strength over the past month.
Here are some of my improvements on some of my exercises. For all these I was doing 2 sets of 8-12 reps. Weight in pounds.
