I will become better disciplined at completing my goals in 2018 by creating 1 small goal every two weeks to be completed at the end of 90 days. To obtain my goal I will make it top priority by tracking completions to start on today and ending April 5th. joined the senior aquatic center with 3 days of thearpy for 6 weeks ordered by physician and jumped ahead to full 1 year membership.

Joined aquatic center to begin working on health challenges and weight loss.
Had wellness check up with bone and joint specialist - received knee treatments.
Have been actively checking pressures and levels to watch wellness improvements.

Set up calendar to track activities and set time limits to activities.
Set goal to turn off all electronic devices at 10 PM daily.
Registered to attend a women leadership empowerment group weekend.
