-Alex to ask at least 1 expert to review our study -Expert can be an IBM band 8 or higher consultant linked to the Department of Homeless Service project, band 9 or higher consultant linked to Data Science, someone like Tambe, some geospatial analysis expert, a policy maker or very high level decision maker with regard to the homeless issue in NYC/or researcher of homelessness -To ‘review’ does not have to be a thorough review, it could mean they casually look at it and provide thoughts
