3 bananas. Salad with pizza. So. That equates to two bowl veg.

Lots spinach and stir fry with peppers and mushrooms. Added to fish or lean meat.

Feeling much better for it ☺

Last few days : More salad. Loads of spinach. Need to eat two portions veg today, as had my two bananas ☺
Got more energy. Walking a little more. Trying to increase walking as per renewed energy levels ☺

I've been eating loads of spinach. And salad and tomatoes...
I am so proud of myself for sticking to this for a whole 8 days!
