1.) Segmented sleep: I can sleep as much as I want, but I will be awake between the hours of 2am and 6am*.
2.) Qi Qong immediately after my 2nd core for at least 5 minutes. 3.) Candle focus after dinner for at least 5 minutes*. 4.) Do either Yoga, Jog & Push Ups, or Gym, for at least 30 minutes per day*. 5.) Stick to diet. Smoothies, juices, clean eating, soups, veg, rye bread, home made condiments. No Coffee. 6.) NoFap
