lligocki commits to:
Continue eating healthy throughout the week by following a lower carb, higher fat and protein, diet. I will avoid rice, gluten-free wheat and corn - only once per week, if no other food is available. I will not have fruit, processed food or regular wheat. I will only have one cheat day per week. I will continue to go to yoga at least once a week. I will also reach out to Perspectives and do research on mental health to mitigate anxiety and sleep issues.
