Save the planet. I kid! Not really - I know that veganism is something I've considered for a while. I want to give it a go for a year but take it one day, (or week) at a time. Or week at a time. No eggs, cheese, meat, milk, yogurt. Agricultural industry is a huge contributor of GHG and pollution.
