Monk Bowl Meal prep is SUPER EFFECTIVE. This shit is getting the job DONE. If I stick with this; I will be thin; healthy and glowing from the depths of my bowls to the edges of my skin. Worth it. Also - This diet kicks ass. I love the food. I like meal prep - but need to do it on a daily / bi / tri daily basis rather than weekly - which is a concern for longevity; but at the same time - it is fairly simple... I don't think I need any more than this really...

Vegan Meal Prep + Basketball and consistent cardio is actually getting the job done. I have been really sick for about 3 weeks; but it might be worth it - if I have learned something.
