- not eat more than 1 cup of cereals and 1/4 cup of oatmeal until tomorrow 9 AM.
- breakfast: egg whites with one slice of cheese and avocado with spinach, onions, tomatoes and black beans. - lunch: egg whites with spinach, tomato, onions and green beans and a slice of cheese. - dinner: Tuna with ratatouille, rice pasta and leftover black beans. - for fruits, I can eat one single banana and strawberries all day. - work on my movie for 2 hours.
