- not eat more than 1 and 1/4 cup of cereals until tomorrow 9 AM.
- leave to work out at 9:35 AM the latest. I must work out at least 45 minutes, starting with reading 20 pages on the elliptical and I must do at least 1 superset. - only eat veggies, protein sources, legumes, one slice of cheese, Trader Joe’s popcorn, fruits and no more than one cup of rice pasta until tomorrow 9 AM.
