DavidOrtega commits to:
- journal, meditate, clean the house and work out 75 minutes (inc 2 supersets) before I either work on my film or watch movies or go online on my desktop.
- not eat any cereals, rice or hummus before 2 PM. I may not have more than 1 cup of cereals, 1 cup of starchy veggies or rice and 1 bag of popcorn. - after my workout, I can only have veggies, protein and 1/4 cup of oatmeal with one fruit. Nothing else.
