My ref and I know this but this was technically my first day since I couldn't set the first day when I started this and the past weekend was following a break and yesterday was my birthday. Anyways, resisting the cookie cake was really, really hard but I did do it. I've been having a touch of sweetness with my meals to keep my cravings for pastries at bay (banana, peanut butter oatmeal with a teaspoon of mini chocolate chips for breakfast, yum!) So that has helped. But I think I ate too few calories today with all of the walking around campus I did. I feel like my stomach wants to know what it did to deserve this treatment. Plus, eating was a bit awkward today with my schedule. Tomorrow, I want to have a salad. Maybe two. Lots of fiber. I could use more fiber haha. Goodnight now!
