| I missed a couple days, but I caught up to Psalm 11. It is a great reminder to care for the poor and needy. | |

| I read Psalm 9. It is a reminder to me that I am merely mortal, and to forget the poor is to forget our humanity. Those that are punished are those that forget God, and God never forgets the oppressed and those that cry out to Him. Lord, help me never to forget you, to always remember you in worshiping you, and helping the most needy. No matter the weight it carries, or the sacrifice I must make, may I never forget them. | |
