| today I'm not going to be eating anything other than breakfast! I've had some gum this morning but am not going to eat or chew anything sweet for the rest of the day. I have completely avoided aspartame and nicotine. Am not sleeping well - my right shoulder wakes me up in the morning and aches. | |

| so far so good. no nicotine or aspartame today. I'm chewing some xylitol gum mindful of the fact we're taking care of Lilly. Definitely weight is higher than I want. I ate big breakfast and had smoothie for lunch. A little sugar. | |
