You'll notice there's an asterisk next to some of my tasks, this acknowledges that I wont be able to stick to certain things when I'm sleeping overnight away from home, for example I wont always be able to work at a desk or do yoga. In regards to the detox I just need to make sure I'm eating healthy whole foods and no more than one homemade date bar per day (they're addictive). At the first sign of hunger I will drink water and only eat when I absolutely must. My goal is to reach below 9 stone 7 pounds. I will also being nofap as part of this.
