- wake up at 10 AM.
- eat no more than 1/4 cup of cereals and 1/4 cup of oatmeal. - have an omelette with veggies, no later than 12:30 pm. then, I can only have one bag of popcorn and another 1/4 cup of oatmeal. The nothing else until the restaurant. - work out for 60 minutes no later than 4:00 PM.
