Dishwasher commits to:
I guarantee 21 dish shifts at the 99 Restaurant from 1/1/18 to 5/6/2018. Extra shifts can be added as per contract. Each shift not worked carries over to the next 18-week period plus a $25 charity donation. If I have not re-enlisted for another period and made the donation before May 7, a penalty of $300 is incurred. As of May 7, the minimum number of shifts per period increases to 57 (plus any that carry over). This continues until Sept. 24, 2019 when re-enlisting is no longer required.
