Victoria24 commits to:
At least 4 alcohol free days per week.
1 alcohol day is a no limit day. The other two days max 3 standard drinks. Breakfast must have at least one fruit or vegetable. Lunch and dinner must have at least two serves of vegetables - lunch vegetables can be spread out through day with snack vegetables. Lunch and dinner must be a combo of vegetables, protein, good carbs. Pizza allowed 1 meal/ftnt w/ veggies on side. Max 3 pieces of candy or chocolate. Other acceptable snacks from list.
